Today I had my hair coloured and cut by Kerry, followed by Paige who removed my gel nails. She shaped and prepared and repainted my nails. I am so happy that I discovered The Beauty Process as Kerry has cut and coloured my hair just the way I like it and I have had many complements since. Paige has given me a new found confidence as I don’t need to hide my nails anymore and it is amazing that they last three weeks and I only get them re-done because of new growth. This review is from me that has never before been happy with my hair and also have had very thin soft flaking nails that as soon as they have been painted, within a very short time they have started chipping/peeling. I told Paige, the first time, that the gel will not even last a week on my nails and she said if that happens she will re-do them free of charge. That is how confident she was that they would last.

Paige is lovely! Very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. She allowed me to take my 4 month old baby with me and even held him for me at the end so I could get changed. Will definitely be a returning customer. :)

I have seen Paige for 2 sets of nails and a full body massage now. Not only is Paige friendly, welcoming and amazing at what she does, but makes you feel so comfortable in the salon. Absoluletly Awesome Best Manicure Ever

I have problem nails and have found in the past, gels don’t stay on more than a few days. Paige listened and suggested, going forward, a plan to try and overcome my problems. The salon was clean and bright and all members of the workplace were welcoming and friendly, you are put at ease as soon as you walk through the door. I have left tonight happy with how my nails look and keeping everything crossed between Paige and I, we can solve all the problems my nails give me. All round fabulousness!!!
