Lauren really makes you feel at ease throughout your entire appointment. She is polite, friendly and professional, and she is really knowledgable about different skin types and concerns, and what products would benefit your skin. 100% would recommend. I’ve booked in my next 5 appointments in advance, so that should definitely tell you something!!

Laura is such a lovely person and so easy to talk to whilst being professional. The salon is alway clean and tidy and smells georgous. Lauren treats you as an individual and devotes her time to you during appointments. She explains very clearly what treatment is required, the cost and there is absolutely no sales pressure. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your treatment. Very good value for money, would recommend her services to everyone.

As soon as I walked in, Lauren immediately made me feel welcome. I had already had my consultation, so she went over my treatment plan in detail. I felt like I was in the most capable hands. Started with a thorough cleanse which felt amazing, followed by a mild peel to remove dead skin cells, with 10 minutes of LED afterwards. A mask was then applied, serums, moisturisers and ice globes. Without a doubt, THE best facial I have ever experienced. We discussed a home skincare plan, which Lauren tailor makes. Next treatment already booked! Thank you Lauren ⭐️

Lauren is absolutely amazing! I’ve just had the Micro-Needling done and she explained every step. I asked lots of questions but nothing was too much trouble. This is my second time coming to Lauren, Herself and her business is amazing!. I came to the clinic looking for help with acne on my facial skin, and what products to use that would be best suited to my skin. I have now had 2 peels which have dramatically changed the appearance of my overall skin as well as significantly helping the targeted area I was worried about treating.
