I was so relaxed and usually a bad sleeper, I slept right through and never woke up once. My hair is in great condition after the treatment. It was an added bonus that I also received a facial. For my first time finding the place I did find it a little hard. But once being in the right place, I was greeted with a smile and shown to the room. I was kindly seated and was talked through a consultation form. After the form was completed I was explained through what will happen and given time to undress myself and lie on the bed. When I was ready, it was time to start. The relaxation music was on with some softening coloured lights on the ceiling. The scacial then started, her hands were so soft and gentle on my head and face and for my first massage I was ever so relaxed and felt like I could fall asleep. Once the package was complete, I was given time to get myself up and getting ready and then I was given the aftercare procedure. The whole process was easy and inviting and I would 100% recommended to my friends and family. I will definitely be returning
